We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and enhance client relationships in the real estate sales process. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and potential/existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to possession. The CRM will support the sales team by improving customer satisfaction, encouraging referrals, and ensuring timely follow-up and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and nurture relationships with leads and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.
● Follow up with potential buyers to assist in property selection and guide them through the buying process.
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
● Track customer interactions and update CRM software with relevant notes, follow-ups, and next steps.
● Coordinate site visits, property tours, and meetings between clients and sales executives.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and promotions.
● Provide post-sale customer support, ensuring timely document handovers, updates on
project milestones, and addressing grievances.
● Develop long-term relationships with key clients and maintain a client database.
● Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance customer
satisfaction.
● Assist in organizing customer events, open houses, and appreciation programs.
