About FirstCry Intellitots

FirstCry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and responsible Assistant Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Main Teacher in conducting daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Support children's learning through storytelling, rhymes, music, art and craft, and play-based activities.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene and well-being throughout the school day.
- Assist children with daily routines and age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and classroom materials.
- Support the organisation of school celebrations, events and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate with teachers and school management to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Communicate politely and professionally with parents whenever required.

Eligibility and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- NTT, ECCE, Montessori or other early childhood education qualifications will be an advantage.




- Freshers with a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
- Previous preschool teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Patience, creativity, punctuality and a caring approach towards children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹9,000–₹15,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
