- Quality Control & Testing: Design and execute inspection protocols, manage sampling plans, and monitor production lines to catch defects early.
- Compliance & Auditing: Audit manufacturing or operational processes against industry standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate product failures and non-conformances using tools like 5 Whys, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Fishbone Diagrams, and 8D.
- Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): Build and maintain CAPA systems to resolve issues and prevent them from happening again
