Job Description: Quality Analyst & Sales Trainer – Telesales

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2–5 Years
Timings: 10AM to 7PM, 6 days working(WFO) Sunday Off
CTC: Upto 4.5 LPA

Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Analyst & Sales Trainer to monitor telesales call quality, coach sales agents, improve product knowledge, and drive better customer engagement and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and audit inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Evaluate sales pitches, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Train current and existing agents on product knowledge, sales scripts, CRM processes, and customer handling.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, feedback sessions, and refresher training.
- Identify performance gaps and provide corrective coaching.
- Develop calling scripts, FAQs,



and objection-handling guides.
- Track agent performance, lead conversions, bookings, and training effectiveness.
- Prepare call quality reports, agent scorecards, and training reports.
- Work with sales managers to improve team productivity and achieve targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, quality assurance, or sales training.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Experience in automobile, EV, or outbound sales is preferred.
