About us

Metisse Exports makes garments for French and European brands. We also run Bleu d'Etoffe, our own French heritage brand (men's, women's and accessories), sold to retailers in France. We are looking for one person to shape and develop the Bleu d'Etoffe collections.

What you will do

- Come up with product ideas and turn them into collection proposals

- Follow trends and understand the French market for men's, women's and accessories

- Understand the Bleu d'Etoffe identity and propose products that fit it

- Select accessories from suppliers' existing ranges to complete the collection

- Follow up sampling and development in our own factory

- Follow up development with outside factories for what we don't make in-house

What we need

- 3+ years in design or product development, with experience in both a brand and an export house





- Fluent English, spoken and written. This is mandatory.

- Organised, a team player, transparent communicator

- Plus: experience in both men's and women's wear, an eye for selecting accessories, knowledge of the European market, using AI tools in your work

Salary: Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 per month (CTC), depending on experience.
