Your work profile

- We are looking for a highly proficient functional professional with strong experience across Business Analysis, Functional Solutioning, and Pre-Sales backed up by technical expertise on Power Platform. The individual should be comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into practical solutions, supporting sales pursuits, and driving governance across transformation programs.

- Functional Leadership & Business Analysis

- - Demonstrate strong functional expertise in pre-sales, solution architecture, client demos, with the ability to independently lead functional discussions with clients.
- Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, requirement analysis, process mapping, fit-gap assessment, and functional solution design.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives.
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution design documents.
- Challenge existing processes and provide value-led recommendations, rather than simply documenting requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the broader enterprise landscape and determine the right platform/tool/solution based on business requirements, complexity, scalability, governance, and cost.

- Pre-Sales & Solution Advisory

- Actively participate in pre-sales, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, solutioning workshops, and demonstrations.
- Work with pursuit teams to understand client challenges and develop compelling functional propositions and solution approaches.
- Lead or support solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Create high-quality client-facing materials including:




- Solution presentations
- Process flows
- Solution concepts
- Demonstration scripts
- Proposal responses
- Point-of-view documents
- Case studies

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how Deloitte's solutions can address those challenges.
- Support estimation, scope definition, assumptions, dependencies, and high-level delivery planning for proposals.
- Bring strong consulting and commercial thinking to identify opportunities for process transformation, automation, and technology adoption.

- Stakeholder Management & Consulting
- Serve as a trusted functional advisor to client stakeholders and establish strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users, process owners, SMEs, IT teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Communicate complex functional and technology concepts in a easy, business-friendly manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve functional ambiguities through structured analysis and decision-making.
- Work effectively across business, functional, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

- Solution Delivery & Quality
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure requirements and solution designs are correctly understood and implemented.
- Review functional designs and provide functional guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Define and review test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, and business validation.
- Coordinate with clients for UAT, training, change adoption, and rollout activities.
- Develop or review training materials, user guides, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.





- Team & Practice Contribution
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide guidance on functional analysis and solutioning.
- Contribute to development of reusable accelerators, templates, methodologies, frameworks, and industry assets.
- Support capability development and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the practice.
- Ready to travel, as and when required.

- Key skills required
- 4+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in a Functional Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / PMO / Consulting role.
- Education : Any Graduate
- Strong functional expertise in Project Management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional solutioning, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong experience in pre-sales, proposal development, solution presentations, client demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Knowledge or hands-on understanding of Project Management / PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or other enterprise project management solutions.
- Ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend the right technology/platform approach.
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and industry best practices.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Ability to create high-quality client-facing presentations and executive-level communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Preferred attributes
- Experience working in a consulting / systems integration environment.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and CXO-level audiences.
- Experience in enterprise transformation programs involving multiple workstreams.
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem / Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Experience in developing proposals, solution approaches, estimates, and delivery models.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business value and transformation opportunities.
