JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency. The candidate should have practical knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, campaign analysis, client management, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Perform SEO, keyword research, and website optimisation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Lead the digital marketing team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Guide team members in campaign execution and content planning.
- Conduct competitor research and identify marketing trends.
- Plan and execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage client communication and multiple project deadlines.





REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Team leadership, task delegation, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic creative design tools.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience working with clients across different industries.
- Previous experience leading a digital marketing team.
