About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with strong domain knowledge in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, assisting in new product sourcing, and handling day-to-day data entry and procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- PO Management: Punch and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- New Product Sourcing: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new FMCG products and vendors.
- Vendor Coordination: Follow up with suppliers for timely dispatches, order confirmations, and delivery tracking.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date procurement logs, inventory data sheets, and pricing trackers in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Invoice Verification: Match purchase orders with invoices and delivery challans to ensure billing accuracy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive, Procurement Assistant, or Data Entry Operator within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent accuracy and speed in data entry and PO punching.




- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
- Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
