Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HRM Faculty to teach Human Resource Management (HRM) to students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain HR concepts, theories, and practical applications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach HRM concepts, principles, and practices to students.
- Explain recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentations.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and practical training sessions.
- Help students understand real-world HR practices and industry requirements.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR / MHRM or a relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
