Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 1–3 years of experience in the garment, fashion, or women’s ethnic-wear industry.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of women’s ethnic wear, fashion trends, product assortment, stock movement, and customer preferences. The candidate will be responsible for supporting product planning, monitoring sales and inventory performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet market demand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor fashion trends, market developments, and customer preferences in women’s ethnic wear.
- Identify new product and design opportunities based on market demand and sales trends.
- Assist in product selection, assortment planning, and new collection development.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Production, Inventory, and Sales teams to meet product requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and product movement, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Analyze sales data and product performance to recommend improvements in product assortment.
- Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, presentation, and availability.




- Support current collection launches, seasonal ranges, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate product information, merchandising reports, and records.
- Track competitor products, designs, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Identify and resolve merchandising-related issues through effective coordination and follow-up.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in merchandising, preferably in women’s ethnic wear, garments, or the fashion industry.
- Good knowledge of ethnic-wear products, fabrics, designs, and current fashion trends.
- Understanding of product assortment planning, stock movement, and sales performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in fashion, market research, and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
