- Perform structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete (RCC) structures.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and design reports.
- Develop structural models using relevant engineering software.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and drafting teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural detailing.
- Identify design discrepancies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Support project execution and resolve structural engineering queries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of structural design principles, load calculations, and relevant IS codes.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, PROTECTED, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in steel structure design and RCC PreCast structures.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and structural detailing.
- Familiarity with design calculations, technical documentation, and quality standards.
