Job Description: Quality Executive Experience: 1–5 Years Educational Qualification - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. - B.Sc. in relevant science disciplines may be considered for certain industries. - Candidates with relevant quality-control experience and technical knowledge will be preferred. Required Skills and Qualities 1. Quality Inspection: Conduct incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections. 2. Quality Control: Identify product defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Technical Knowledge: Understand product specifications, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures. 4. Measuring Instruments: Knowledge of vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other relevant instruments. 5. Documentation: Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and quality records. 6. Problem-Solving: Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 7. Quality Standards: Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and quality management systems. 8. Audit Support: Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and compliance activities. 9.



Coordination: Work closely with production, stores, and other departments to resolve quality issues. 10. Reporting Skills: Prepare quality reports and track rejection rates and defects. 11. Attention to Detail: Ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. 12. Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and material wastage. Experience Requirements - 1–2 years: Basic inspection, defect identification, and quality documentation. - 3–4 years: Independent inspection, rejection analysis, and corrective-action follow-up. - 5 years: Quality reporting, root-cause analysis, audit coordination, and process improvement. Preferred Qualities: Good communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, discipline, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
