Key Responsibilities:

- Senior Systems & Operations Engineer responsible for advanced troubleshooting, cross-stack incident resolution, deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), custom correlation/policy configuration, and vendor escalation management across both OSS (HPE Stack) and Enterprise ITOM/APM (OpenText Stack), including Third-Party performance applications.
- Experience in OSS/Fault Management with hands-on knowledge and good understanding of Fault Management, Event Correlation, Alarm Management, Network Inventory and Service Provisioning.
- Leading P1/P2 major incident bridges, delivering formal RCA reports, authoring SOPs/MOPs for L1 execution, OEM vendor ticket tracking, and testing vendor patches/hotfixes.
- Proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP, DNS, Oracle/SQL basics, REST/API, application monitoring and log analysis.
- Experience in 24×7 application health monitoring, incident handling, SOP/MOP execution and escalation management.
- Hands-on experience or good understanding with HPE OSS platforms (vTeMIP, FAS, UCA, UOC, ESP, TrueView, UTM) and OpenText (OT) platforms (SMAX, OBM, ODL, NNMi, NA, OO, APM,



RUM, BPM, UD, CMDB), with high-level platform awareness across IBM Tivoli/Netcool, Netcracker, Nokia FlowOne, Oracle COSM/UIM/Field Service, Amdocs, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, BMC Helix, Splunk, ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB/Discovery) and ManageEngine.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
