- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Handle domestic & international recruitment.
- Source, screen & shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs/management.
- Manage onboarding, joining & HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Candidate Profile
- 3–4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Robust recruitment & communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, organized & result-oriented.
Office Timings : 10 to 06: 30 Pm
