About the Role

Talent Craft India is looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Trainer to join our team full-time. The trainer will conduct live, interactive chess classes for children and help them develop strong chess skills, strategic thinking, concentration, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online chess classes for students.
- Teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Create engaging lessons, activities, puzzles, and practice sessions.
- Analyze student games and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student performance and progress.
- Maintain regular class schedules and attendance.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress.
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.

Requirements





- Robust knowledge of chess and chess strategies.
- 1+ year of experience as a chess trainer/coach.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Experience teaching children is preferred.
- Patient, responsible, and engaging personality.
- FIDE rating, chess certification, or tournament experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online classes using a laptop/computer.
