Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing expert clinical consultation to patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring full compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws. Your ultimate goal is to optimize patient health outcomes through safe medication management and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

- Medication Dispensing & Verification: Accurately review, interpret, and fill prescriptions, verifying proper dosage, strength, and directions for use. Check for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.
- Patient Care & Consultation: Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, storage requirements, and administration techniques. Address patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy regimens and resolve medication-related issues.
- Immunizations & Clinical Services: Administer vaccinations (such as flu, shingles, and boosters) where certified,



and provide wellness screenings or medication therapy management (MTM) services.
- Inventory & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and pharmacy inventory. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, HIPAA regulations, and company policies and standards.
- Supervision & Leadership: Direct and oversee the daily tasks of pharmacy technicians, interns, and clerks, ensuring workflow efficiency, cleanliness, and accuracy across all pharmacy operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Certifications: Immunization certification (required); CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Experience: [1-3+ years] of clinical or retail pharmacy experience preferred; open to exceptional newly licensed graduates.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacy management software and dispensing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and rigorous organizational skills under fast-paced conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
