ABOUT THE ROLE Sapphire Sales Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop current business opportunities and build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders and other key influencers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Builders. • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research. • Conduct regular client meetings and introduce the company's products and solutions. • Generate business opportunities and convert leads into sales. • Coordinate store/showroom visits and follow up on ongoing projects and quotations. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business. • Track leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions and achieve assigned business targets. REQUIREMENTS • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing. • Experience in construction materials,



building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, interiors or related industries is preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across Pune. • Self-motivated, target-oriented and reliable with strong follow-up skills. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
