- Provide technical leadership on ADAS architecture, design, and validation.
- Mentor internal teams to build ADAS competency and reduce dependency.
- Ensure compliance with global safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Excellent knowledge in advanced ADAS features such as L2+/L3 autonomy, sensor calibration, algorithms, and validation frameworks.
- Drive end to end test planning, test case development, test coverage analysis, and defect triage.
Client Support & Pre-Sales
- Provide domain expertise for RFPs, bids, and solution proposals.
- Represent the organization in technical discussions with OEMs, Tier 1s, and platform vendors.
Compliance & Standards Alignment
- Ensure adherence to global automotive testing standards (Global safety and cybersecurity standards).
