The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration lifecycle.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies to meet project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate migration progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and resolving technical challenges.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Robust expertise in data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance techniques.
