- Assess patients and monitor vital signs, including BP, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, and SpO₂.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as per the doctor’s orders.
- Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and promptly report any deterioration to the duty doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, intake and output charts, and other patient records.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, hygiene, comfort, and pressure sore prevention.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
