We’re looking for energetic Field Officers to grow our vendor network on the ground. You’ll visit local shops, businesses and service providers in your assigned area, explain the benefits of our app, and register them on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit shops, stores and service providers in your assigned area to find potential vendors.
- Explain the app’s features and perks to vendors in simple, local language and get them interested in joining.
- Register vendors on the app on the spot: set up their profile, collect business details and documents, and upload product or service listings and photos.
- Help newly registered vendors get started by showing them how to receive orders, update listings and use the app.
- Follow up with onboarded vendors to keep them active and resolve their basic issues or questions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and local business communities.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for vendor registrations and activations.
- Map your area: track which shops have been visited, registered,
interested or pending.
- Collect vendor feedback and share market insights (competitor apps, local demand, pricing trends) with the team.
- Submit daily visit and onboarding reports.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and Telugu is a must; basic English is a plus.
