Urgent Requirement

1. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate daily with the sales and technical teams regarding attendance, deployment, and customer visits.
- Ensure field teams are updated with daily targets and assigned routes.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Sales, Technical, and Warehouse teams.

2. MIS Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update sales, inventory, dispatch, and customer data in Excel.
- Generate reports and share performance updates with management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy.

3. Product Management & Dispatch

- Monitor daily product consumption by technical teams.
- Verify dispatch quantities and reconcile them with daily consumption reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and stock availability.

4. Inventory Management

- Maintain daily inventory records.
- Track stock movement and report shortages or discrepancies.

5. Sales & Secondary Updates

- Collect and compile monthly secondary sales data from field teams.
- Analyze sales trends and highlight discrepancies to the Sales Manager.

Demo Conversions & Follow-ups

- Track all product demonstrations conducted by the technical team.
- Follow up on demo outcomes and maintain conversion reports.

7. Salon Development & Route Planning

- Identify and onboard recent salons as per the business strategy.
- Plan and assign efficient visit routes for sales and technical teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, MIS Executive, Sales Support, or Operations Executive.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month as on depend on the interview also
Location: Shahbad Daulatpur, Rohini Sector-17, Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
