We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef / Executive Chef with strong expertise in Pan Asian, Indian, and Progressive Continental cuisines. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in fine dining, premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or upscale hospitality, with excellent culinary leadership and kitchen management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Develop innovative menus, recipes, and seasonal culinary concepts.
- Oversee food costing, menu pricing, inventory management, and portion control.
- Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Maintain premium standards in food presentation, taste, quality, and service.
- Monitor kitchen budgets, minimize food wastage, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with management and service teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Pan Asian, Indian, and Progressive Continental cuisines.




- Proven experience in menu planning, recipe development, food costing, and kitchen management.
- Excellent culinary leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance.
- Creativity in contemporary cooking techniques, plating, and food presentation.
- Ability to manage a quick-paced professional kitchen and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience
Experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, premium dining establishments, or upscale hospitality is preferred.

Cuisine Specializations: Pan Asian | Indian | Progressive Continental | Modern European

Experience Required: Relevant professional experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
