About the Role

FourFold Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid digital acquisition across our Invoice Settlement, Debt Settlement and Dispute Settlement businesses.

The role will involve managing approximately ₹35–40 lakh+ in monthly advertising spend across Meta and Google Ads. The candidate will own the complete performance marketing funnel — from campaign strategy and lead generation to lead quality, sales conversion and revenue. This is a hands-on performance marketing role, not a conventional social media marketing position.

Our Key Service Verticals:
1. Invoice & Business Settlement: B2B Invoice Settlement, Pending Invoice Settlement, Outstanding Invoice Settlement, Invoice Dispute Settlement, Commercial Payment Settlement, B2B Payment Recovery, Receivables Settlement.

2. Debt & Financial Settlement: Loan Settlement, Credit Card Debt Settlement, Personal Loan Settlement, Unsecured Business Loan Settlement, Debt Settlement, Financial Dispute Settlement.

3. Recovery & Legal Services: Payment Recovery, Legal Recovery Services, Recovery Notices, Negotiation & Settlement, Dispute Resolution, MSME Recovery Services.

Key Responsibilities — Meta Ads
1. Manage and scale high-volume Meta lead-generation campaigns.

2. Develop separate acquisition strategies for different service verticals.

3. Generate high-intent leads for invoice and debt settlement services.

4.



Manage large daily lead volumes and advertising budgets.

5. Test and optimize creatives, videos, hooks, headlines, ad copy, audiences, lead forms and landing pages.

6. Manage broad, custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences.

7. Continuously analyse lead quality and sales conversion.

8. Reduce irrelevant and low-intent leads.

CRM & Conversion Tracking
Manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
Manage Google Ads conversion tracking and GA4.
Maintain accurate attribution.
Integrate advertising platforms with CRM.
Analyse CRM data against campaign data.
Identify campaigns, keywords, audiences and creatives generating actual customers. Work with the CRM/technology team to improve tracking and attribution.

Required Experience

- 3–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Solid experience managing Google Ads
- Experience handling significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience with high-volume lead generation.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking.
- Experience using CRM data for campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
