Flexpro Electricals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. We are looking for candidates who have a strong technical background and can comfortably read, understand, and work with engineering drawings and schematics. Both experienced professionals (2-3 years) and enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and quality checking of electrical panels, switchgears, and related assemblies.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the production and shop floor teams to ensure manufacturing matches the drawing specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with solid basic knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome).
- Sound knowledge of electrical components and wiring systems.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
