Job Summary

The Service Advisor is responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle repair and service status.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection and maintain service records.
- Explain completed work and service bills to customers before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after service and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve service department targets, including customer satisfaction and service revenue.
- Promote additional services, accessories, and value-added products where appropriate.




- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma holder, preferably in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in an automobile service department will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage multiple jobs.
- Valuable computer skills and knowledge of job card and billing systems.

- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Timely vehicle delivery.
- Service revenue and target achievement.
- Customer retention and follow-up.
- Accuracy of job cards and service documentation.
- Complaint resolution and quality of service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
