- Experience in Channel Sales /Distribution (car accessory Shops and Car showrooms) in Car Accessories like Car Music Systems, Car Speakers,Central Locking, Seat Cover, Car Care, car lighting etc;
1. Experience in distributor management;
2. Experience to drive Primary Sales as per targets;
3. Candidate should have experience to increase retailer coverage, product penetration and generate secondary sales;
4. Experience of timely payment collection;
5. Candidates should have experience conducting BTL Activities like Van Campaign, new product launch etc.
6. Candidates should have a basic understanding of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Email writing;Maintain a high level of employee engagement & actively involve in competency & skill development through mentoring /coaching.
