We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Fusion Functional and Technical Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Fusion Cloud and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in transportation management processes along with technical skills to troubleshoot, configure, and support integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Provide production support for Oracle OTM Fusion Cloud modules.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into OTM functional configurations.
- Configure OTM modules including:
- Order Management
- Shipment Planning & Execution
- Freight Payment & Billing
- Transportation Planning
- Rate Management
- Support business users with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system improvements.
- Manage setups for agents, workflows, automation, and business rules.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Conduct UAT support and prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, test cases).

Technical Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot OTM technical issues including integrations, data loads, and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain:
- OTM Agents
- User Exits
- Automation Scripts
- Integration workflows
- Support OTM integrations using:
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- XML/JSON
- SOA or OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Knowledge
- FTP/SFTP interfaces




- Work with databases (SQL/PLSQL) for data validation and issue analysis.
- Manage OTM reporting tools (custom reports).
- Perform data migration and interface monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Oracle OTM Fusion Cloud (minimum 5 years).
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Logistics/Inventory/Procurement preferred).
- Experience in OTM configuration and customizations.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)./SOA
- Knowledge of Web Services and API integrations.

Functional Skills

- Understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
- Experience in Freight Planning, Carrier Management, and Freight Settlement.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide functional solutions.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a support environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle OTM Certification.
- Experience in global logistics operations.
- Experience working in a 24/7 support model

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, OTM or related field.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
