About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic UGC Content Creator who can conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for our brands. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, consumer behaviour, and performance-driven content, particularly for beauty, wellness, personal care, and nutraceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

- - Create engaging UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Conceptualise video ideas, hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats that drive engagement and conversions.
- Shoot high-quality videos featuring product demonstrations, testimonials, educational content, and lifestyle integrations.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions, voiceovers, background music, and platform-specific formatting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign creatives.
- Create product-focused videos featuring benefits, usage instructions, ingredients, and key differentiators.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, competitor content, and emerging creator styles.




- Work on feedback and revisions to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, turnaround time, and brand communication.

Requirements

- - 2–3 years of experience in UGC content creation, short-form video production, or social media content creation.
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing creatives.
- Excellent scripting, storytelling, and on-camera communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or equivalent.
- Ability to create relatable, authentic, and conversion-focused content.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or healthcare brands is an added advantage.
