Multiple Job Openings – Yarn Dyeing Factory

We are hiring experienced professionals for our Yarn Dyeing Factory for the following positions:

1. Production Manager – Yarn Dyeing

Experience: 12–15 years

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall yarn dyeing production and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, machine utilization, manpower, and workflow.
- Ensure consistent dyeing quality, shade accuracy, and timely production.
- Monitor dye, chemical, water, and energy consumption.
- Control reprocessing, rejection, wastage, and production losses.
- Coordinate with QC, laboratory, maintenance, stores, planning, and other departments.
- Handle production-related problems and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
- Maintain production records and provide regular reports to management.

2. Online QC – Yarn Dyeing

Experience: 1–2 years (or) Freshers(Academy-Textile Background)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor quality throughout the yarn dyeing process.
- Check shade, tone, depth, and batch-to-batch consistency.
- Monitor dyeing parameters and ensure compliance with approved recipes and process standards.
- Coordinate with the laboratory for shade matching and recipe corrections.
- Identify quality deviations during production and take timely corrective action.
- Monitor first-batch approval and subsequent batch consistency.
- Maintain records of quality issues, reprocessing, rejection, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and dyeing operators to minimize quality problems.

Shift In-charge – Yarn Dyeing

Experience: 6–12 years

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
- Supervise operators and production workers.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine operation, production quantity, quality, and downtime.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved recipes and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Online QC and other departments to resolve production and quality issues.
- Maintain shift production reports and ensure proper shift handover.
- Monitor housekeeping, safety, discipline, and workplace practices.
- Escalate major production, quality, machine, or manpower issues to the Production Manager.

Common Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in yarn dyeing / textile dyeing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of yarn dyeing processes, machines, dyes, chemicals, and process control.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Candidates willing to work in shifts will be preferred.
