Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fabric store, manage staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
- Assist customers in selecting fabrics and provide product information.
- Maintain fabric displays, stock organization, and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Coordinate sales activities and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and operational standards.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales.
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics and textiles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
