Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior and construction site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, architects and clients.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Plan and manage daily labour activities and site requirements.
- Track project progress and report updates to the management team.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues efficiently.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline.
- Take measurements and assist with quantity and work-progress verification.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to communicate in Hindi, Kannada and Tamil : Optional(English and other languages)
- Good knowledge of interior and construction works.
- Ability to read and understand basic architectural/interior drawings.




- Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors.
- Good problem-solving and site-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Bangalore.

Preferred Candidate

- 0–3 years of experience in interior/construction site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and other interior works.
- Responsible, punctual and proactive.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
