Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you’ll work closely with our creative team to edit content for social media, advertisements, brand campaigns, reels, and other digital platforms. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics, and color.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.

- Organize raw footage, project files, audio, and other creative assets efficiently.
- Follow creative briefs and maintain consistency with each client's brand identity.
- Collaborate remotely with the creative and production team.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions within agreed timelines.

- Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of color grading and color correction.
- Good understanding of editing rhythm, storytelling, composition, typography, and sound design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, professional edits rather than relying heavily on templates.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Must be dedicated, responsible, and comfortable working full time remotely.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team.
- A reliable computer/workstation and stable internet connection for remote work.

A strong portfolio matters more to us than formal qualifications.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who doesn't simply cut clips together, but understands why an edit works. You should be able to take raw footage and turn it into content that looks polished, holds attention, communicates clearly, and fits the brand.
