Job Title: Sales Head – EdTech

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, driving student admissions, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student admissions and revenue growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and conversion rates.
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales skills and productivity.
- Analyse sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate and convert quality leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
