Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across systems and locations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records and follow stock control procedures to ensure data accuracy.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

- Process online orders accurately and within defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Track order status and resolve order-related issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and smooth procurement operations.
- Maintain effective vendor communication and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
- Monitor vendor performance and support improvements in delivery timelines and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
