Job Summary
Orion eSolutions is looking for an experienced and Red Hat Certified Linux Technical Trainer to provide structured, hands-on training to freshers for Linux L1 Support and System Administration roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Linux Administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Train candidates in Linux commands, file systems, user and group management, permissions, processes, services, and package management.
- Explain Linux networking, system monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Prepare training materials, schedules, and structured learning plans.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare trainees for real-world Linux L1 support scenarios and technical troubleshooting.
- Track training progress and ensure trainees develop job-ready technical skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Red Hat certification is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Linux Administration and/or technical training.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of RHEL and Linux system administration.
- Previous experience training freshers or junior professionals.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, lab-based technical training.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
