We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Java programming knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to train students through practical, industry-oriented learning. Candidates must also be willing to travel to different locations to deliver training programs at colleges and partner institutions.

- Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (Required)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Teach Java programming concepts, including exception handling, collections, multithreading, and file handling.
- Provide practical training in SQL, JDBC, and database connectivity.
- Guide students through hands-on coding exercises, mini-projects, and industry-oriented projects.
- Prepare course materials,



coding assignments, practical lab sessions, and assessments.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide technical guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, learning progress, and performance.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate students' programming skills.
- Collaborate with senior trainers and academic institutions to ensure effective training delivery.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, development tools, and industry practices.
- Travel to colleges and partner institutions across Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and other locations as required to conduct training programs.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, and OOP concepts.
- Good understanding of exception handling, collections, multithreading, and data structures.
- Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, and database management systems.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and web application development is an added advantage.
- Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.




- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
- Ability to manage training sessions independently and work collaboratively with a team.
- Flexibility to travel and conduct training sessions at different locations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Java development, technical training, or teaching.
- Prior experience in delivering Java programming training to students or professionals is preferred.
- Candidates must possess strong Java fundamentals and practical programming knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable conducting in-person training sessions at colleges and institutions.
- Candidates must be ready to travel to different locations across Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and other regions as required for training programs.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
