The Tiny Tub and Chonkers are Mumbai dessert brands known for bite-sized desserts and gourmet cookies. We are looking for an organised, responsible person to run our current outlet at Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West and lead a team of 3.
Shifts: Rotational across morning and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily outlet operations and the front-end team
- Make sure food delivery app orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
- Own stock counts, inventory records and FIFO (first in, first out)
- Raise stock requirements for replenishment
- Keep outlet hygiene and presentation up to standard
- Handle customer queries and complaints
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a food outlet, QSR, bakery or retail store
- Basic phone and computer skills (order apps, stock sheets)
- Organised, reliable and able to lead a small team
- Preferably living near Kandivali, Malad or Borivali
