Eduport is seeking a proactive and analytical Management Trainee to support business operations, category management, and growth initiatives. Working closely with the Business Head, you will gain hands-on experience in business planning, performance analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Operations

- Support day-to-day business operations and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate with departments to track progress and ensure timely execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

2. Category Management

- Monitor category and program performance.
- Track revenue, enrollments, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
- Support category growth strategies and marketing campaigns.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Business Head and leadership team.

4. Project Coordination

- Support strategic projects and special assignments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and progress reports.

5. Business Growth Initiatives





- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support business expansion and new initiatives.
- Contribute to improving customer experience and operational excellence.
