Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman (Fresher) to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will assist in preparing technical drawings, 2D layouts, and detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD under the guidance of senior engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create technical drawings according to project requirements and instructions.
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from senior engineers.
- Maintain drawing files, dimensions, layers, and drawing standards.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and sketches.
- Ensure accuracy and proper detailing in all drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers and other team members for drawing updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Follow company drafting standards and project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Understanding of dimensions, scales, layers, and drawing commands.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
- Basic computer knowledge and file management skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria

- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant technical field.
- AutoCAD certification or training is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
