Job Description:

- Patient Consultation & Assessment: Independently conduct virtual / teleconsultations with patients, review & record relevant medical history, understanding patient concerns and determining suitable medicine & dosage for the patients.
- Prescription Assistance: Prepare & issue prescriptions based on the patient assessment and treatment requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations and the prescribed scope of practice.
- Product Knowledge & Patient Guidance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of BOHECO’s cannabis-based poly-herbal products and provide patients with accurate information regarding appropriate use, dosage, and any other relevant considerations.
- Patient Education & Counselling: Educate and counsel patients regarding the appropriate use, dosage, expected benefits, potential side effects, and other relevant considerations associated with prescribed medicines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all consultations conducted, including patient history, clinical observations, prescriptions, and relevant follow-up notes, in accordance with applicable documentation and compliance requirements.
- Follow-ups: Conduct proactive follow-ups with patients, as required, to assess progress, address ongoing concerns, evaluate response to prescribed medicines, and determine the need for dose titration or prescription adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Doctor and relevant support teams to ensure effective delivery of teleconsultations, seek clinical guidance or escalation where required, and continuously improve the patient consultation experience with BOHECO.
- Surveys & Feedback Management: Engage with patients to gather structured feedback on prescribed medicines, treatment experience, and overall experience. Support the Senior Ayurvedic Doctor in conducting Patient Research Programs (PRPs), medicine feedback exercises, and trials/surveys for new formulations and product form factors.



Document & share relevant insights and observations.
- Compliance: Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to telemedicine and cannabis-based treatments.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent BOHECO professionally in all patient interactions, uphold the organisational values and clinical standards, and build patient trust through responsible, ethical, and informed communication.
- Medical Writing: Document patient case series for select cases and conditions, as directed and guided.
- Events & In-Person Consultations: Participate in events as required and conduct in-person consultations for walk-in patients at BOHECO’s Mumbai office.

Education:

- UG: BAMS - Mandatory
- PG: MD (AYU) - Good to have

Skills:

Medical Expertise

- In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, including cannabis-based and poly-herbal formulations.
- Understanding of chronic conditions like pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders, and their Ayurvedic management.

Communication Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients in easy terms.
- Active listening skills to understand patient concerns and queries.

Technical Proficiency

- Comfort with teleconsultation platforms, Patient Management System, and virtual communication tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of telemedicine regulations and compliance requirements.

Organizational Skills

- Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records.
- Attention to detail for managing prescriptions, treatment plans, and feedback.
- Time management skills to handle multiple teleconsultations efficiently.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
