BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)Pay: ₹5,00,000 fixed + up to ₹2,00,000 performance incentive per annum (₹7 LPA CTC)

Responsibilities

- Drive student admissions through lead generation and conversion activities
- Plan and execute BTL and field marketing activities across the local catchment
- Build partnerships with preschools, tutors and local channels to generate admissions
- Organise admission drives, outreach activities and events
- Track performance, analyse campaign outcomes and share reports
- Eventually manage and guide a team of 5–10 members to achieve admission and revenue targets





Qualification

- MBA in Marketing, Sales or marketing; freshers preferred
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with field work and direct stakeholder interaction
- Target-driven and execution-focused
