Candidate Requirements

· Experience: 2+ Years

· Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA / PGDM

· Age: Up to 35 Years

· CTC: ₹3–4 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

· Achieve assigned sales targets.

· Encourage clients to opt for larger advertisements and increase ad frequency to drive revenue growth.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

· Identify and visit prospective clients through databases and internal references.

· Recommend print advertising solutions aligned with clients’ business goals.

· Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business through reliable service.

3. Solution-Oriented Pitching

· Understand client requirements and develop customized marketing proposals.





· Use data insights to help clients expand their reach into new markets.

· Promote participation in special initiatives, including festive editions and theme-based advertisements.

· Support field marketing activities related to special initiatives.

4. Campaign Execution, Collections & Coordination

· Provide post-sales support and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including Billing, RO Generation and Scheduling, to ensure smooth advertisement execution.
