Delight Departures is a fast-growing travel company in Bengaluru, and we’re hiring a Travel Operations Executive to manage the behind-the-scenes work of our tours. Your work covers flights, hotels, visas and on-trip support, so every traveller’s journey runs smoothly from booking to return.

What you’ll do

- Book and manage flights, hotels, transfers and sightseeing for domestic and international tour packages
- Guide travellers on visa requirements, check documents and coordinate visa applications
- Prepare day-wise itineraries, vouchers and travel kits for every group and customer
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, ground handlers and local partners to confirm services and rates
- Track ongoing trips, handle delays, changes and emergencies,



and keep travellers informed
- Answer traveller queries before, during and after trips on calls, email and WhatsApp
- Maintain booking records, support trip costing and share payment details with accounts

What we’re looking for

- At least 1 year of experience in travel operations, ticketing, visa processing or tour coordination
- Familiarity with flight and hotel booking portals
- Knowledge of a GDS (Amadeus or Galileo) is a plus
- Good spoken and written English and Kannada
- Comfortable with MS Excel or Google Sheets and email
- Organised, calm under pressure, customer-friendly and able to multitask

Job details

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience)
- Location: Uttarahalli Main Road, near Balaji Cinemas, Chikkalsandra, Bengaluru (work from office)
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 6 days a week
- Leave: 1 paid leave per month
- Joining: Immediate
- Openings: 1
