Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad

Location: Kochi, Kerala | Full-time | In-person

Skymark Education is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students towards international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on countries, universities, courses, and career options
- Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Convert enquiries into applications and admissions
- Follow up with students and maintain CRM records
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
- Explain scholarships, fees, and education loan options
- Achieve counselling, application, and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with application, visa, and marketing teams

Requirements

- 1–2 years' experience in Academic Counselling, Study Abroad, Education Sales, or related fields
- Strong communication, counselling,



and sales skills
- Knowledge of international education destinations
- Strong follow-up and conversion ability
- Target-oriented and student-focused
