Job Title: Production Officer

A Production Officer in a pharmaceutical company is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining production efficiency. Here’s an overview of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities.
- Ensure that all processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor batch production records and maintain proper documentation.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with FDA, WHO, GMP, and ISO regulations.
- Perform in-process quality checks.
- Address deviations, change controls, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Optimize production workflow for better efficiency.




- Reduce waste and minimize production downtime.
- Implement new technologies or processes for improved output.
- Team Management:
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Inventory & Resource Management:
- Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, QA, and R&D; departments.

Qualification: M.sc or B.pharma

- Experience: 1–2 years; freshers are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
