We are looking for an experienced, energetic and committed Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations, elevate guest experiences and contribute to business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

* Maintain high standards of guest service, satisfaction and operational excellence.

* Lead, motivate and manage the hotel team effectively.

* Handle guest relationships, requests and complaints with professionalism.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

* Support initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and drive business growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Relevant experience in a premium, boutique or luxury hotel environment.

* Strong hotel operations,



leadership and team-management skills.

* Excellent communication, PR and guest-relationship skills.

* Strong business development and customer-engagement mindset.

* Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
