Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)

Location: Mumbai (Pan Mumbai hiring)
Shift: Night shift (rotational)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month in-hand

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our international voice process. You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, resolve their queries, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls from international customers professionally and courteously
- Understand customer concerns and resolve them on the first call wherever possible
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document call details and actions in the CRM system
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Escalate complex issues to the right team or supervisor
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream)




- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates
- Positive listening, problem-solving, and typing skills
- Comfortable working night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week offs
- Basic computer knowledge
