Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven skilled to monitor operational performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and drive process compliance across Phlebotomy, Laboratory Operations, Logistics, and other departments. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational understanding, team management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive measurable improvements. This is individual contributing role, and if needed, should be able to lead a team as well to drive these with self ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analytics & Performance Monitoring

· Analyze operational data, identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes.

· Develop/monitor KPIs, dashboards, and MIS reports and drive data-driven changes.

· Drive corrective actions/ performance improvements in collaboration with respective departments and leaders.

2. Compliance & Process Excellence

· Conduct periodic compliance checks and process audits across Phlebotomy, Lab Operations, Logistics, and few other functions.

· Identify SOP deviations, process gaps, and operational risks; track corrective actions to closure.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational discipline.

3. Cross-functional & Team Management





· Coordinate with departmental heads to resolve issues and drive accountability.

· Good individual and team performer.

· Present insights to management and ensure timely execution of cross-functional action plans.

Candidate Profile & Required Skills

· Graduate/Postgraduate

· 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, or multi-location operations.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting; Power BI/SQL is an advantage.

· Diagnostic workflows understanding, SOP compliance, and operational processes.

· Team-handling experience, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Improved operational KPIs and process efficiency.

· Timely identification and closure of compliance gaps.

· Reduction in recurring operational deviations.

· Effective execution of cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
