About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Trainee who has already completed an internship in Flutter development and is eager to enhance their technical skills by working on real-world mobile application projects.

Note: The selected candidate will undergo an initial 2-month training period. Upon successful completion of the training, a full-time role will be offered based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with the development team to develop and improve application features.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
- Identify, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Test applications to ensure functionality, performance, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Learn and implement new technologies under the guidance of senior developers.

Required Skills

- Basic to good understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Prior internship experience in Flutter development is mandatory.




- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Basic understanding of mobile application development concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, GetX, or Bloc is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers who have already completed an internship in Flutter development.
- Candidates must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Must be willing to work on-site from our Indore office.
- Should have a genuine interest in mobile application development and a willingness to grow with the team.
